Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans2. Administering medications and treatments3. Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and progress4. Valid RN license in the state of practice2. BLS certification3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing4. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred5. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment8. Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends9. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively10. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems11.
