• Hiring Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Summary

• Responsible for providing internal/external technical support, customer service and processing of check transactions within various areas of production, including but not limited to: Item Processing, EDeposit, Positive Pay, Bookkeeping, and Lockbox.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintains daily/monthly/yearly reporting.
• Processes transactions presented via multiple check processing channels.
• Operates scanning devices, encoding machine, letter opener.
• Performs data entry, balancing, issue resolution, software installs and client training as required.
• Responsible for meeting daily department deadlines
• Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards as set by management.
• Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or escalates issues in a timely manner as determined by management.
• Supports and partners with Treasury Management and/or clients on supported applications.
• Performs quality checks as established by management
• Assists with training and onboarding
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Other Qualifications Include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in deadline driven production environment.
• Data entry and balancing experience.
• Prior financial experience.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow processing instructions.

Education and/or Experience

• 6 months of banking experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule: Monday & Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:30pm
