RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must be able to perform periodic maintenance of utilities equipment.

· Responsible for HVAC, water system and Boiler area day to day activities & take care of operation and maintenance.

· Coordinate any modification activities as per upgradation requirement based on observation or guideline needs.

· Must be able to perform manufacturing and facility equipment maintenance, installations and repairs as needed.

· Must complete emergency repairs as needed.

· Must complete preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems as established in department procedures and audits and required by regulatory agencies.

· Must coordinate the services of outside vendors when necessary. Identify existing and potential operational problems and inefficiencies and recommend resolutions.

· Must assist in developing and maintaining required documentation including but not limited to blueprints, plans, and permits according to Company SOP's and the requirements of external parties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 4 years of experience as Utility Supervisor.

· Must be able to read and interpret Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Diagrams.

· Must have knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations. general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.

· Must have proficiency with repair tools and techniques.

· Certificate in Black Seal High Pressure Boiler Operation preferred.
