Responsibilities:

• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
• Analyze and report profit margins
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Inventory Accounting.
• Inventory control
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required. Finance or Accounting
• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Prepare journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and internal & external financial reporting.
• Maintain internal control over financial processes and reporting.
