- Post charges : UOE charges fines and other misc. fees.
- Reconcile bankstatements for operating and reserve accounts.
- Process AR refund check requests when necessary.
- Update delinquency status and create acollection account.
- Process monthly statementmailings.
- Review proofs and informPM / Assistants for approval.
- Set up anassociation for mailings.
