HireArt is helping an autonomous shuttle startup hire Transportation Specialists to help ensure their customers have a safe, clean, professional, and enjoyable experience.
The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized and attentive to detail, and customer-oriented, with a passion for new technologies.

Sign-on bonus

• New hires will receive a $500 bonus after 90 days worked!
• ($250 will be paid after 45 days worked and the second $250 will be paid after 90 days worked)

Referral bonus

• $250 for each referral who works 45 days

This role offers around 20 hours per week, with the following shifts available:
Tuesday-Friday: 6:00PM-10:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM-4PM and 4:00PM-10:00PM
Sunday: 8:00AM-2:00PM
As Transportation Specialist, you will:

• Interact on a daily basis with riders and company operations.
• Make suggestions on how to improve vehicle feel, comfort, and overall experience.
• Check the safety condition of vehicles daily.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles at regular intervals or as needed.
• Operate according to traffic safety procedures and safe driving practices.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
• The ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
• Comfortable pushing individuals in wheelchairs up a ramp and into a car
• Methodical and process-oriented
• Organized and able to document daily summaries
• Able to maintain composure under pressure
• A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers a plus

Commitment: This is a part-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt and based on-site in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
