Software development company seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant with 5 years experience. Significant experience with ADP and QuickBooks is required.

• Payroll and other ADP transactions
• Financial Reporting
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• General Ledger
• Cash Management
• Corporate Overhead Allocation
• Financial Audit
• Corporate and Property Tax Information
• 1099 Processing
• 5500 Filing
• Asset Ledger
• Inventory
• 401K Administration and Audit
• Other Misc. Duties

This is an on-premises, part-time, hourly, position . The hourly pay rate and number of hours required are commensurate with experience and skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
