Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Administer medications and assist with medical appointments
- Monitor and record vital signs, as well as maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, playing games, or going for walks

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and first aid is a plus
- Ability to drive and provide transportation for clients as needed
- Experience in childcare or patient care is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
