About the Opportunity 

The Manager’s role is to plan and direct all employees to achieve an exceptional dining experience while maximizing sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on the floor, ensuring top-notch service.
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant and ensuring all stocking, cleaning, and cash handling procedures are met.
• Works with the kitchen to ensure a consistent menu and product.
• Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire employees.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
• Foster guest engagement and resolve all guest complaints.
• Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures.
• Assist in training all new restaurant staff and create employee schedules.

About You 

You are comfortable working with a variety of personalities and are organized, responsible, and reliable. You are professional and calm at all times, including under pressure. You have previous restaurant management experience, as well as strong leadership, training, motivation, and communication skills. You possess an understanding of food and equipment including sanitation and safety regulations and have excellent customer service skills.
