- When needed assist in maintaining curb appeal
- Candidate must be willing to be on call
- HVAC Certification a must
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass criminal, credit
- Drug screening. Even newly classified legal drugs are not allowed as we are a DRUG FREE Workplace.
