Randolph Village seeks a Maintenance Superintendent. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing team leader who has previous experience and can offer extraordinary service. Qualifications include prompt and consistent attendance, unit turns, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, maintaining curb appeal and be willing to be on call. HVAC Certification a must. Applicant MUST have a valid driver’s license and must pass criminal, credit and drug screening. EOE
Repair items in areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Occasional interior and exterior paint, and drywall repair, if necessary. Perform custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc. in common areas when needed. . Assist in grounds work when necessary. Participate in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage Snow Storms, Hurricanes, Flash Floods, Property Management Staff WE are Essential . Able to lift 50 lbs. alone, 100 lbs. with assistance Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment Must have reliable transportation.
