Role: Salesforce Migration Consultant

Duration: 12 Month plus contract

All Visa/100% Remote

FYI Lightning allows Salesforce admins to build or change Salesforce pages without the need for a Salesforce developer. Has drag-and-drop functionality to customize without writing any code.

Specific Systems Knowledge Required:

o Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

o Expertise with latest Salesforce features to support clicks-before-code solution (No code or low code approach mindset first).

o Experience with Lightning Knowledge and API

o Recent experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Validation rules.

o Expertise in configuring Permissions and Sharing settings.

o Good knowledge in JIRA, Confluence and GitHub.

o Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data security model

o Experience migrating Visualforce pages to Lightning Web Components

o Demonstrate knowledge of best practice in Apex Trigger coding

o Experience with configuring Lightning pages using dynamic forms and quick actions

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred:

o Developing outbound and inbound API using Apex or Flows

o Experience with setting up mutual auth and 2-way SSL based integrations

o Groom user story with technical inputs

o Perform code reviews and merges

o Understanding of Git branching strategy and Jenkins pipeline for deployments

Job Description:

ALM project to migrate Employee Relations / Labor Relations users to Salesforce Lightning platform. Given the complexity and scope of this project, an incremental skilled resource is required to ensure timely completion and high-quality results, and reduce overload on our current staff while enhancing efficiency. The resource required is deeply skilled in Salesforce Lightning migrations and has demonstrated high quality and high efficiency work, which can reduce the cost for the overall implementation.

Duties:

• Candidate will work from business and functional requirements to implement flows, customizations, configurations, email templates, and Lightning pages, layouts and apps in Service Cloud.
• Role will develop custom Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and build secure system integrations with industry best practices.
• Deeply skilled in Salesforce Lightning migrations and has demonstrated high quality and high efficiency work.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce User Security protocols and options.
• This role requires the ability to act as an individual contributor.
