Duration: 13 weeks LOCUM
Short DescriptionFamily Practice NP /New River Clinic
Complete DescriptionResponsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. May be required to work at other Hospital-Owned Clinics or main Hospital as needed.
Monday through Friday 10-6:30 PM with a 1/2 hour lunch
Family Practice experience
MUST be comfortable seeing all ages (2-100) and treating chronic diseases
Provider will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, some suturing
EMR- Evident
15-20 patients/day
Must be licensed in AZ
MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS
