Job Title: Mid-Level Business Analyst

Location: Memphis OR Knoxville, TN / Charlotte or Raleigh, NC / Birmingham, AL / New Orleans, LA (Onsite)

Duration: Full-time

Job Summary:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4 years leading SharePoint projects.
• Experience with at least one project moving SharePoint to SharePoint online.
• 2 years supporting Power Automate and Power Apps projects.
• 5 years creating process flows using Visio.
• 3 years comfortable using tickets systems for analyzing service requests
• 5 years performing requirements gathering and creating business requirements documents (BRDs)
• 3 years leading conversations with Sr. Leadership and development teams
• 3 years writing and reading complex SQL queries
• 3 years creating reports, graphs, and charts of data results and analyses.
• 3 years developing organization business policies, and work with other departments/organizations in the preparation of analysis.
• 3 years writing and executing test plans and scripts; writes user documentation and trains end users.
