We Are Looking For a Land Development CAD Drafter To Grow With Us. As a Drafter, You Will Work With Our Engineers Performing The Following Tasks
- Civil sketches, construction drawings, and detailed plans on residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.
- Prepare drawings for grading, paving, storm water management, utilities, zoning, and infrastructure improvements.
- Read, interpret, and draft plans, profiles, cross sections, and details.
- This position offers the potential to take on design responsibilities after mastering the company's design standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Experience in both commercial and residential land development is a plus.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of Carlson a bonus.
- Technical school degree and/or coursework in civil engineering related drafting.
- Enthusiastic to contribute to a growing company and motivated to learn.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to complete projects within deadlines.
