We are looking for an ambitious sales representative to join our team. No roofing or sales experience required, we will give you all of the tools and knowledge to assist our customers in all of their roofing needs. We provide the leads and schedule the in-home consultations for you. This is not a cold calling position. Field work includes on-site roof measuring, quoting jobs, and in-home presentations with our customers, giving them the information they need to move forward in their roofing repairs or replacements. This is a commission-based sales role with unlimited earning potential. Our Sales Representatives typically earn over $85,000 in the first year but our top performers make over $200,000. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners and property owners to understand their roofing needs, assess roof condition, and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare accurate and detailed roofing proposals, including pricing, materials, and timelines, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Utilize our sales system to provide the best proposal presentations possible.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Generate new leads and build a strong network of potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Participate in group and individual trainings to learn about the industry, latest news and sales strategies.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Valid Driver's License
• Recommended to have a truck or vehicle able to carry a ladder
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working evening hours and weekends
• Desire to be great!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
