We are hiring for Bilingual Production Line Lead s for a new temperature controlled facility located within Bolingbrook, IL.
The Bilingual Production Lead hours and pay are as follows:
- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday ($20.00/hour)
Bilingual Production Lead Responsibilities:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift to set up production lines, review paperwork, and verify availability of materials and tools.
- Monitor employee attendance by overseeing clocking in and out procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members to maintain productivity levels and meet deadlines in both English and Spanish.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating employees to work efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise production lines to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Remain on-site after employees have left to oversee line cleanup.
- Ensure that all materials are properly stored, machinery is shut down, and paperwork is completed accurately for the day.
- Assist with Production Line work as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Bilingual Production Lead Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability in managing a minimum of 5 or more employees.
- Strong written communication skills, prior experience with production documentation preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish for training purposes (no exceptions).
