Real Estate Agent responsibilities and duties:

• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
• Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations
• Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts
• Organize and oversee open houses and tours
• Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying or leasing process
• Attend closing dates and provide support for clients

Necessary qualifications include:

• California Real Estate License (or confirmed BRE state exam date)
• A full time vehicle for field work
• Desire to outreach for new business
• Team oriented by nature
• Driven by commission sales structure
• Strong energy commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task environment.

This is a great COMMISSION ONLY position with NO DESK FEES.

Office Business Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Full time and Part Time positions available
