Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process daily order changes
- Run the Work Order Log
- Complete Previous day product build reconciliation
- Balance Production Schedule against Sales Quote Board
- Check in materials against daily Priority Report
- Forward Priority Report to Salisbury
- Print new Orders and Process all BOM’s and send to Shops for inventory analysis
- Process all materials requirements
- Add needed materials requests to Priority List
- Process Work Tickets for Daily Shop Orders
- Reconcile Daily Production Reports and make ready for Production Shops for next day
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Must work well with others
- Bilingual English / Spanish - preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and self-motivated
