Field Sales District Manager

Join Amplity's dynamic team as a Field Sales District Manager, driving success by leading a regional team of Field Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales trends for growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, reporting to the National Sales Director.
  • Implement business plans to achieve Client and Corporate goals.
  • Ensure target sales goals are met and exceeded.
  • Foster teamwork and shared goals among team members.
  • Evaluate territory performance, ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct EEO compliant candidate interviews and hiring.
  • Maintain technical and product expertise.
  • Manage field activity to influence and increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Not all inclusive and other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Successful specialty pharmaceutical field sales management experience required
  • Previous specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required .
  • Track record in sales talent development.
  • Adaptable with passion for motivating sales teams.
  • Experience in sales and data analysis.
  • Biologics experience preferred.
  • Leadership by example with strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital meeting platforms required
  • Willingness to travel weekly required
  • Valid US driver's license with safe driving required.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccine at the time of hire is required.
