Amplify is seeking a multifaceted, innovative Senior Project Manager who excels at leading an effective internal project management team (one to two PMs) to drive sales-focused projects forward. This is a visible role, offering the opportunity to interact externally and internally across all levels of the organization.

This person will collaborate with Amplify team members across the organization to define project scope, document requirements, capture risk and change management, produce project artifacts, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

This role collaborates closely with the Sales team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes supporting strategic business objectives. Excellent communication, leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a mindset focused on efficiency are essential for the role.

Responsibilities:
  • Run large projects or elements of cross-organization projects.

  • Enforcing PMO documentation standards while deepening cross-departmental relationships.

  • Build and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, documentation, communication templates, etc., with excellent attention to detail

  • Drive initiatives forward.

  • Collaborate across the organization to define project scope, complete project deliverables, and manage deadlines

  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are successfully completed and satisfactory to superiors.

  • Develops tactical solutions to problems independently and to strategic ones with some direction.

  • Use appropriate means to clearly communicate various stages of projects, including status, risks, issues, and rationale, with confidence to the team and stakeholders.

  • Respond to feedback and criticism with constructive equanimity. Provide feedback, present concepts, and efficiently lead work sessions.

  • Communicate through written and verbal means to distill key points and drive trust for different stakeholders.

  • Develop a system to ensure the AVP of Sales Enablement is update to date on all projects on the roadmap

  • Assess PM workload and constantly circulate, assign, and ensure projects are moving to completion on the team

  • Lead and coach team members.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience/expertise in project management methodology, able to enforce with team members.

  • Lead multiple launched projects.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets, Trello)

  • Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • CAPM or equivalent certification.

  • PMP or Agile CSM certification or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience communicating with and presenting to key stakeholders

  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project leadership experience within a SaaS environment.

  • Experience working in the education technology field

What we offer:

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
