About the Role

As a Sales Admin at Amplify, you will provide support to our Sales Team in all areas of the Sales Funnel. You will be responsible for carrier communication, policy changes, portal audits, data entry and management, and communication with both clients and our Sales Team. Your goal will be to contribute to our outstanding customer experience and achievement of sales targets.

You will leverage our platforms and carrier portals to audit data accuracy, liaise with the Sales Team to ensure timely deliverables, and outreach to clients to obtain outstanding requirements. You will be at the cutting-edge of combining technology, finance, and the human-touch to modernize and streamline the most opaque segment of the life insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage our platform and carrier portals to generate reports, conduct audits, and enter data 
  • Email management and carrier communication
  • Assist the Sales Team by gathering outstanding client information in a timely manner via call, text, and email
  • Partner with advisors, case managers, and delivery team members to drive customer conversion
  • Supporting the Sales Team with compliance such as licensing
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Join and actively participate in team meetings and coaching sessions to improve technique and Amplify workflows 

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 years of sales admin experience 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics succinctly
  • Experience leveraging CRM, Powerdialer, and other sales tools effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to meet and beat objectives

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with financial planning concepts and available tax-advantaged vehicles
  • Interest in working weekend shifts occasionally
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
