Amegy Bank, here you grow.We are looking for a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Westlake banking center in Austin, TX. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping other reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you!Essential Functions:Provide full-service banking by accurately processing all financial transactions in a timely manner within established authorized limits, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.Utilize knowledge of available bank products and services to expand and increase client relationshipsIdentify and address clients’ needs by providing a variety of services which may include issuing counter checks, conducting account maintenance, performing money transfers, and receiving loan paymentsDeliver an exceptional customer experience while uncovering bank products or service needs to make appropriate referral opportunitiesExplore, identify, and maximize cross-selling of bank products based on clients’ needsPerform all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies and proceduresResolve client concerns through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resourcesAdhere to the bank’s security policies while maintaining confidentiality of bank records and client informationMeet with Branch Service Manager and/or Branch Manager daily to discuss progress in reaching individual and banking center goalsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent6 months’ experience in banking, cashiering, balancing, customer service, or other directly related experienceWorking knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, banking and/or bank productsMust have solid balancing and customer service skillsCash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience preferredMeeting sales goals and/or sales referral goals experience preferredAbility to cross-sell bank products based on client’s needsStrong attention to detail and time managementProficient in basic computer skillsHours of Work:Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and Saturday; 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.This is a part-time position: 20.00 hours per week.
