Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, including seniors, children, and individuals with disabilities. Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Support individuals with mobility needs, including transferring and ambulation
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and document client's condition and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client confidentiality
- Promote resident rights and ensure a safe and respectful environment
- Additional duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with senior care, childcare, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- First Aid
