Responsibilities: Account & Leads Coordinator has the following responsibilities and duties: •Prospect all leads generated from various sources including but not limited to trade shows, visitors to booth, scan lists, buying groups, lead lists, accounts that carry our competitors, web inquiries, referrals, and cold calling. •Achieve a quota of 4 appointments daily or 20 weekly, scheduled through booking software. •Contact existing accounts lacking key training and schedule training appointments. •Target accounts without activity in the past 90 days to encourage product purchases. •Introduce new products, policies, and distribute new graphics/sales materials. •Manage Mailchimp activities including sending out a monthly newsletter introducing initiatives, new products, new activations, upcoming trade shows, and training elements. Requirements Requirements: •1 yr Lead Generator or Account Management •Comfortable working with different technology platforms (Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, etc) •Goal oriented and ability to stay focused on task •Always positive and able to sell the brand, regardless of situation •Work professionally with both outside sales reps and internal office team •Organized and able to coordinate many things at once - including scheduling calls across time zones, for different people, different clients, etc. •Former employer references Compensation and Perks: •$18-$20 / hr commission opportunities •This is a part time position, ideally someone who can work mornings, but we are flexible on the schedule. •401(k) match •Generous Product Discounts for Employees •Fully Stocked Kitchen and Frequent Catered Meals Salary Description
