For more information, please visit our website www.allsensors.comAll Sensors is seeking a full-time onsite Quality Engineer to ensure that the products and services are fit for purpose, legally compliant and meet customer expectations. Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.The best candidate will have a BS Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or product quality for electronics or mechanical. Demonstrated oral/written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally. Experience with ISO9001 certified manufacturing, IPC type certification in solder joint inspection, Semiconductor assembly packaging and testing, Internal auditing.We offer a competitive salary based on experience, Health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K matching, Life insurance, Paid time off, and more! Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as the primary customer-facing team member for all Quality related issues: assessments and, product failures, returns, technical issues, process issues, corrective actions; primary point of contact for customer surveys, audits, and site visits.Verifies compliance to all performance specifications, documentation requirements, and customer expectations review and approval of design documentation.Verifies compliance to all requirements for product delivery; process audits as required. Works with various TMS teams to verify compliance and to resolve issues. Leads the response to customer issues; ensure responses are thorough and completed as per the committed time frames; coordinates customer scorecard reviews and related follow-up activities; coordinates the organization’s response to customer- issued audit findings and corrective actions.Reviews customer contracts and purchase order for requirements and potential issues, including documentation, unfunded deliverables, exemptions, outsourced processes; coordinates internal reviews and required to ensure proper flow-down to and execution by other departments.Supports the organization’s ISO-9001 certification; reports key performance measures, performance levels and trends at quarterly business reviews and other meetings as required; leads small teams through continual improvement efforts to address internal or external corrective actions.Investigates product- and/or process-focused quality concerns as required ensuring on-time response and implementation; reviews and approves recommended nonconformance dispositions; evaluates non-conformance trends, for recommendations and improvements.Supports the Design Development process with quality input to various phase review and customer meetings.Other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned.Please note the salary range posted below is a general guideline for this job level and location.
