The Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Technician to package, process and manage outbound domestic and international shipments. You will make contributions in Operations by supporting inventory control and logistics. This position will be responsible for ensuring system transactions are performed real time with inventory movement. You will be helping to expand the company’s inventory shipping, export compliance and inventory control processes in addition to supporting organic growth.

You will have the opportunity to assess, develop and manage the shipping process including trade compliance controls to support a diverse customer base. We are a driven and growing team supporting chip and platform inventory and distribution with a startup attitude and are the frontline support for a company focused on changing the landscape in the datacenter.
What You'll Do:
As a member of the Logistics Team, you will be directly involved with ensuring compliance to export controls and inventory processes. You will work with production, engineering, and shipping/receiving. You will also:

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions daily through shipment activity.
• Create documents for international outbound shipments (commercial invoice and SLI).
• Proactively identify issues in shipping process and communicate recommended solutions.
• Process all small package shipments using supplier systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
• Collaborate with trade compliance to ensure licenses are in place and documents are correct.
• Monitor vendor delivery performance.
• Collaborate with accounting on freight invoicing.
• Pack and palletize all shipments.
• Identify gaps in shipping process and communicate recommended improvements.
• Take physical inventory of systems, SOC’s, and components as needed.
• Help with consolidation and movement of inventory to keep it well organized.
• Conduct daily reviews of shipment transactions and reconciliation.
• Review Open Transfer orders for errors.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities as required.
• Audit inventory transaction accuracy.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6 years of logistics experience
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Highly skilled in data and analytics
• Proficient in NetSuite
• Proficient with MS Office

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
