The Marketing Analyst, reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, plays a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing our brand's performance, with a focus on expanding our member base while managing costs. This position involves assisting in the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks to streamline marketing department activities.
• Utilize data analysis from social media platforms, analytics, and campaigns to provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor various marketing programs, including email, events, social media, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing Supervisor, Regional Managers, and Senior Management to devise short- and long-term marketing strategies tailored to specific club locations, competitors, and seasonal trends.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, overseeing project timelines and budget allocations.
• Ensure efficiency of digital campaigns, particularly Google Ad Spend and targeting strategies.
• Interpret geolocation and proximity data from consumer devices using Placer.ai.
• Assist in developing club promotions and organizing events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Oracle.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, digital, and email.
• Knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and confidence in adapting to change.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Passion for health, wellness, and the fitness industry is a plus.
