Responsibilities:

-Lead engaging and dynamic barre classes that combine elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to provide a full-body workout.
-Create and execute well-structured class plans that cater to participants of all fitness levels.
-Provide clear and precise instructions on proper form, alignment, and technique to ensure a safe and effective workout.
-Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
-Stay current with industry trends and continually refresh class content to keep sessions exciting and challenging.
-Maintain a clean and organized studio space, including equipment setup and breakdown.
Requirements:

-Certified Barre Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., Barre Above, Barre Intensity, or equivalent).
-Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching barre classes in a studio setting.
-Strong knowledge of ballet, Pilates, and yoga principles, with an emphasis on proper alignment and body mechanics.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to connect with clients and provide individualized attention and modifications as needed.
-Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
