ABAP Development Mastery:

* Demonstrate expertise in ABAP development based on intricate functional specifications. Developing, designing, implementing, and supporting complex finance business processes in an SAP environment.

Advanced Troubleshooting:
* Address and resolve complex technical issues promptly for users, partners, and colleagues. Contribute to technical knowledge in the FICO specialization area.

Comprehensive Documentation:
* Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.
Strategic Backlog Management:
* Lead in prioritizing and managing the work backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
Strategic Collaboration:
* Foster strategic collaboration with business users, SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration. Lead engagement with functional teams for optimal project delivery.

Best Practices Advocate:
* Advocate for and ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and the organization's IT architecture.
* Designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development.

Advanced Testing and Quality Assurance:
* Lead the development and execution of advanced test plans, collaborating closely with functional teams to surpass acceptance criteria.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
* Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and new SAP features.
* Lead efforts for process improvement, automation, and optimization within SAP modules and business processes.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Over 10 years of proven experience as an SAP developer, with a focus on diverse implementations in SAP modules (Experience in high tech and semiconductor sectors is a significant advantage).
* In-depth and advanced knowledge of SAP development tools across various SAP modules.
* Mastery of SAP development life cycles and standards.
* Expertise in ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, CDS views, with extensive development and transportation system experience.
