AMPCUS is Hiring an IT Engineer (Application Engineer - Content Manager) Near Vienna, VA
" Serve as a POC for BU's that request Legal Hold for documents and provide required updates
" Provide Support for ECM system components, or modifications to existing components
" Perform tasks and assignments in support of business needs for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
" Perform required research, deployment, and configuration for existing and modified ECM systems
" Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences for effective business decisions
" Must be willing to provide rotating 24x7 On Call Support
" Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications MUST HAVE" Prior working Knowledge for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
" Familiarity with Java, Javascript, CSS to help support the SME for ICN
" Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
" Effective verbal and written communication skills
" Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
" Familiarity with DB2 Databases and query authoring
" Effective Mainframe and DB2 database skills
" Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and VUL modules
" Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
" Willingness to be a self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologies
