Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team at our luxury community Riverfront Towers! This apartment community has 550 units and is located in downtown Detroit, MI.

The ideal candidate for the Housekeeper position will have a desire to maintain the cleanliness of the property and keep it looking its best.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain the physical asset.
• Clean vacant apartments.
• Adhere to community policies and safety procedures.
• Report issues found in the community to the supervisor.
• Clean all common areas including pool area, fitness center, and laundry facility.
• Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies.

• A strong work ethic; must be self motivated
• Excellent customer service
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Housekeeping and cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently
• Possess valid drivers license along with valid insurance
• Monday-Saturday 7am-4pm; rotating Saturdays with one day off during the week
