Location: New Radiance (Port St. Lucie, FL)

Our Patient Care Coordinators are ambassadors for the business, and are trained to work in many areas, allowing for true participation in Company success as well as individual professional success. They are responsible for, the smooth administrative flow of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically greeting and checking patients in/out
• Learning about and then educating patients about our services
• Accurately scheduling patients for all of their aesthetic needs (Botox/Dysport, Derma Fillers, CoolSculpting, SculpSure, Laser Hair Removal, and Laser services)
• Working diligently to ensure the accurate and efficient utilization of scheduling software
• Upselling medical grade skin care products & services (extensive and on-going training provided - earn 10% of your sales)
• Working with the Sales Team and the Medical Assistants
• Assisting with Social Media
• Maintaining the appearance of the facility
• Mentoring other team members
• Varied day, assist with services, enjoy being patient forward
• Our best team members are engaged and interested in long term careers in the Aesthetics field. If you are in school as an esthetician or a recent graduate you may be a good fit.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or G.E.D - Required
• 1 years of continuous employment in a patient-forward Medical Office environment or 2 years Professional Office Environment. 
• Must be proficient in using a Computer for Office applications. Must be computer literate and willing to learn new programs.
• Knowledge of electronic scheduling programs and CRM experience is a plus. 
• Will work within a team and autonomously.
• Must be articulate, and have the ability to convey ideas, protocols, procedures as well as other information.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of the facility.
