We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.

The Medication Access and Refill Coordinator (MARC) will refill medications in a timely fashion according to the standing order and policy and procedure written by the Medical Director. In addition to that, MARC will be responsible for management of the Refill Bucket in the Electronic Medical Records; Refill Voicemail; Refill Direct Contact Phone Line, monitoring and assistance in Team’s application and will assist in managing Amoskeag Health Formulary Program/340B Program and Indigent Drug Program. The MARC will be responsible for maintaining relations with Contracted Pharmacy.
