Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gelato store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall success of the store.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues

- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in store management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in math and cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques

- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees

- Ability to effectively manage payroll and control expenses
