Family Medicine Physician or Doctor of Osteopathy
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $132.97 - $132.95
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Doctor of Osteopathy for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 
Details and requirements for this opportunity. 

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Job Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
• Types of Cases: Standard outpatient
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
• Board certification in Family Medicine and active Washington state license required
• Experience in Primary Care Community Medicine preferred
