We are partnering with a well-respected hospital system that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate PT for contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. - SSN, DOB, LifePoint Cover Sheet (SharePoint) - 2 year experience - State license - BLS
