Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 2/5/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1304.00 - $1502.00
BLS - required1 years' experience with Sports & Ortho PT neededProvides individuals who have neuro/musculoskeletal dysfunction with appropriate physical therapy treatment in order to achieve maximal functional outcome. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Will perform comprehensive, objective evaluations and follow up treatments. Objective daily documentation with advancement towards goals and plan of care completed by end of day along with billing of services. Evaluations, progress notes and discharges to be completed within 48 hrs. Responsible to maintain updated insurance authorizations to cover services provided.

BLS - required
1 years' experience with Sports & Ortho PT needed
