Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

PT needed ASAP for 13 weeksEvergreen Lakeport Post Acute Care is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Lakeport, CA near beautiful Clear Lake and is approximately 125 miles northwest of Sacramento. This 81 bed facility is ideally looking for submitted candidates to have completed at least one 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility, however this is not a requirement._Requires 3 references from 3 most recent employers to submit. Lakeport Post Acute is located in Lake County, which is 2 hours of Napa and Sonoma (Wine Country)....It's close to the beach where you can overlook the Pacific Ocean from the cliffs and/or spend time at the beach.
