We have an opportunity to add an Injection Molding Technician to our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for performing insert/impressions and/or material changes as dictated by the schedule; part inspections and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality; verifying paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at start-up of jobs and in process inspections; monitoring and preparing support equipment i.e. circulators, grinders, etc.
A day in the life of an Injection Molding Technician can look like:

• Working to maintain a clean & organized working environment (5s)
• Completing and demonstrated thorough understanding of the Utility Technician tasks listed in the Molding Skills Matrix.
• Performing all the function and responsibilities of a material handler
• Performing mold, insert, and impression changes
• Setting up End of Arm tooling for robots
• Identifying unacceptable reject levels
• Responding to machine alarms and restart all machines in a timely manner

We are looking for you to have

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Trade school a plus
• Tow motor experience/pallet jack preferred
• Must be able to work in the US
• General maintenance and tool knowledge required
• Proficient math skills and attention to detail
