Overview:

Amlu Works is seeking skilled Subcontractors to join our team as Trade Partners. As a Trade Partner, you will be responsible for the tasks and projects in your specific trade. If you, or your company, specialize in Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Excavation, Foundation, Roofing, Siding, Flooring, Painting, Concrete, Foundation, Tile, Masonry, Stucco, Drywall, Windows and Doors, Roofing, etc. we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of construction tasks in specific trade such as remodeling, restoration, maintenance, and new construction projects
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment for various construction activities
- Conduct trade related tasks
- Communicate with clients and other contractors
- Contribute to keeping a safe and clean jobsite
- Coordinate and manage construction projects, related to specific trade, effectively

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in remodeling, restoration, maintenance, and new construction work
- Sufficient experience in specific trade
- Competence in using power tools for construction tasks
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for construction purposes
- Knowledge of construction processes in relation to all trades involved
- Understanding of construction management principles as related to specific trade
