Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide comprehensive internal medicineservices to patients in both the outpatient and telehealth settings. Diagnoseand treat a wide range of medical conditions, manage chronic illnesses, andpromote preventive care.

Scheduled Clinical Hours: Maintain a consistent schedule forclinical hours, ensuring accessibility for patient appointments andconsultations.

Call Coverage: Participate in the on-call rotation asrequired to address urgent patient needs during non-office hours.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Utilize Cerner EMR systemto document patient encounters, manage medical records, and streamlineadministrative tasks.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and support staff, todeliver comprehensive patient care.

Quality Care: Uphold the highest standards of quality care,ensuring that patient needs are met and treatment plans are evidence-based andeffective.

Telehealth Services: Conduct virtual patient consultationsvia telehealth platforms, providing convenient and accessible healthcareservices.

Continuing Education: Stay current with medicaladvancements, guidelines, and best practices through ongoing professionaldevelopment and training.

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Internal Medicine

Valid medical license in the state of Texas

Strong commitment to patient care and safety

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcareenvironment

Proficiency in using electronic medical records,specifically Cerner

Willingness to participate in on-call duties as needed
