Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all agesin the field of Family Medicine.

Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and diagnoses ofpatients' medical conditions.

Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, includingprescribing medications, therapies, and other interventions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical recordsusing the Epic EMR system.

Requirements:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in thestate of California.

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records, preferablyEpic EMR.
