** This is a 1099 position with an opportunity to become a full-time employee. You MUST have cleaning experience & your own supplies. **

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in areas including but not limited to residential homes, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities according to company standards and client expectations.
• Handle and operate cleaning equipment and supplies with care.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow established company standard operating procedures.
• Sweet, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Have a driver’s license and reliable access to a working vehicle and smartphone.
• Authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
• Be comfortable with working alone or in a team environment.
• Be physically able to consistently perform necessary tasks throughout the day, such as bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting 30 lbs comfortably.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Advantageous, but not required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
