What you will be doing:

As a Direct Care Staff Team Member, you are accountable for directing and safely supervising the youth in our care. Providing direction in behavior choices by coaching social, self-help, academic and living skills. This is a great role for someone who values safety, leadership and personal growth.

We train our Team Members to successfully provide guidance to our Youth and give you the tools and skills to be successful in this role.

You must have:

  • A High school diploma/GED,
  • One (1) year related experience within an educational or youth service program.
