The Amicus Community Life/Pathways program has a 40 hour per week full-time position for a Program Assistant! The program offers unique support services and a caring and positive environment for those it serves through community-based specialized individualized support, art, life skill, home support services, self-advocacy, and activities designed to maximize individual potential and growth.

The successful candidate for the positions will be joining a skilled and professional team whose mission is to support individuals with intellectual and physical challenges in an environment of positive respect and energy.

For over 50 years, Amicus' "strength-based" focus has been assisting individuals to maximize independence, growth, and quality of life through skill building, community involvement, creativity, and self-advocacy. Both of these positions are based at out 13th Street site in our recently-redesigned state of the art building as well as in the community.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and organizational skills and an acceptable driving record required. Successful candidate will have a collaborative spirit. DSP certification is preferred, but we will provide the training for successful candidates.
