Job Brief

Part-time Commercial Co-ordinator DACH - 12 month FTC

Position Summary

· The Team Assistant DACH will work as an in-house member of the DACH team supporting all country functions for Germany, Austria and Switzerland as an integral part of Amicus in bringing innovative medicines to patients with rare diseases.

· The position will provide administrative support throughout the budget cycle as well as invoice and processing support for PO management for the commercial Team Germany.

· The Team Assistant DACH will also help other departments in general office affairs like contracting and approval processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Commercial Co-Ordinator DACH is responsible for:

· Budget monitoring and invoice tracking for the commercial Team Germany. This includes budget monitoring and control for all department spending, PO and invoice processing and tracking, close coordination with the international team.

· Support the Commercial organization with developing, updating and evaluating performance dashboards

· Support Commercial activities in Contract management (speaker, congresses, symposia, sponsoring, etc) incl. administration of internal approval processes, tracking, documentation

· Help organize and coordinate external meetings – and where possible in alignment with project manager independently lead projects (e.g. standalone scientific physician meetings, educational events, congresses, sponsorings) incl. venue logistics, coordination with agencies, contract and invoice tracking, documentation

· Help coordinate physicians´ sponsored conference attendance incl. administration of internal approval processes, travel organization, contract management, tracking, documentation

· Coordinate internal approval processes for Promotional materials for the DACH Region (Veeva)

· Support general DACH Amicus office business and other functional areas

· Collaborate and effectively communicate with Amicus International organization.

Requirements

Professional Work Experience Requirements

· Relevant experience in advanced administrational role preferred, ideally within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry and a record of significant accomplishment

· Knowledge of Budget and Finance processes, as well as business related topics, including related operating processes, policies, procedures and regulations preferred

Professional Work Experience Requirements

· Ability to continuously deliver high-quality, accurate results in a timely fashion

· High proficiency of German and English language

· Understands Budget cycle and financial Professional knowledge and usage of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills

· Proven planning and organizational skills

· Basic knowledge of applicable German pharmaceutical regulations as well as other industry rules and guidelines

· Business acumen; has working knowledge of a multi-disciplinary / cross-functional scenario

· Proven ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

· Engaged team-player, thrives in a team environment

· Energetic, self-motivated with a hands-on mentality

· Proven self-starter that is independently solution focused when presented with challenges

· Ability to manage a demanding schedule, and adapt and be flexible as needed with evolving priorities
