AMIB is evolving at an incredible pace, which operates 18 group homes throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties, New Jersey. When you learn about the Association for the Multiple Impaired Blind, Inc. Individuals in our Residential Programs are adults at least 21 years of age, who are visually impaired or blind with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to monitor services to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and visual impairments in a group home environment.
As Group Home Manager you are responsible for your program! Lead your team to oversee and create opportunities for residents to engage in community activities, while also overseeing the program coordination and growth of the staff and individuals, scheduling, budgeting, implementation of ISP goals and adherence to all state and agency policies and procedures and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:
2-5 years of direct service support experience.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Must have Driver License valid in NJ with no more than 5 points.
HS diploma or GED required, College Degree preferable.
Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug testing.
