The PositionThis position is contingent upon contract award. AMEWAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Tester-Intermediate to support Airworthiness Cybersafe Office. The salary range of this position is $107,000.00 - $147,000.00, and is commensurate with experience.This position is eligible for hybrid work. A Typical Day As a Software Tester-Intermediate May Include
Participates in feature maturation by identifying and vetting test cases
Creates, executes and maintains test cases
Maintains/extends automation framework
Documents defects, supports triage and tests defect fixes
Supports the planning of test cycles
Participates in Agile/Scrum Ceremonies to include daily standup meetings
Must-haves
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years of relevant work experience
Experience developing and executing software tests to identify software problems and their causes
Ability to test system modifications to prepare for implementation
Experience documenting software and application defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software/web developers
Ability to create and maintain databases of known defects
Required to participate in software design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, operational characteristics, product designs and schedules
The ability to maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills
Experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines, GIT and XCODE
Experience with framework development from the ground up
Experience with Test Driven Development
Experience with automation framework using keyword framework and POM
Knowledge of Mac/IOS specifically using ITunes and Xcode
Knowledge of aviation software

In some occasions, the employee may be required to report to offices or buildings near the work site.
