Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Assistant to join our team. The Construction Assistant will work closely with our construction team to assist in various tasks related to construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in power tools, door hanging, concrete finishing, hardscape, electrical work, and other construction-related skills. The candidate will preferably have no fear of heights.

Duties:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and painting
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Install hardware
- Assist in concrete finishing and hardscape projects
- Perform electrical work under the supervision of a licensed electrician
- Install various types of flooring materials
- Fabricate and install fixtures as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or related field not necessary.
- Proficiency in using power tools and other construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
